Cardiff Play Day goes online for 2020
In any other year National Play Day would see hundreds of
children enjoying a National Play Day event organised by Cardiff Council’s
Children’s Play Services Team in one of the city’s green spaces.
This year, with large gatherings still unable to take place
due to Coronavirus rules, the event is taking place online via a series of
videos, jam-packed with ideas and activities to help make sure National Play
Day on Wednesday August 5th is still a day full of play.
To enjoy National Play Day, simply visit the Play
Day Facebook Event hosted on the Cardiff Council Facebook page on August 5th
and follow the links. Don’t forget to ‘Make a noise for Play’ and share it on
social media at 2pm!
